"Tick-Off Tuesday"

Its been a while since I did a Tick-off Tuesday (on Tues or another day of the week), check out the last one here, but today I have a few things bothering me and I wanted to get it off my chest.

Dear people,

You DON'T have to get married/ engaged, JUST b/c you found out you're knocked-up. It is 2011, not 1950. Sure being married makes things easier, for schooling/ legal reasons and being a single parent is HARD, but marriage not a requirement.

Don't get me wrong [some couples] were genuinely headed in the direction of marriage/ engagement and the knowledge of a growing fetus just hurried things along. Then there's others that just did it BECAUSE they saw some pink lines, and they think its a requirement.

This bothers me so much b/c I know yet another couple that are getting divorced, they got married b/c she was pregnant, 2 kids and 3 years later, they're getting divorced. Think twice about unprotected sex and men think twice about getting down on 1 knee b/c you knocked her up.

Dear Windshield People,

We had a 3 o'clock apt. I left work early  so I would be home in time for said apt. Your worker calls me at 3:20 "I'll be there in about 20 minutes" 35 minutes later he arrives. I could have stayed an extra hour at work, had I known that you'd be late, by almost an hour. Maybe next time you should be courteous and be on time.

Dear SunTrust Customer Service... I sat on HOLD longer than I spoke to someone. I also got hung-up/disconnected 3times. WTF?!

Once I spoke to "Tracy" she was helpful, after she chuckled, that was R.U.D.E. Thank you Tracy, not. 

Dear Target... If you wouldn't have been stupid & screwed up I wouldn't have had to deal w/STCS. THAT IS ALL.

I am off to TARGET to see if they can fix their BIG $108 MISTAKE!! If Not then I will have to call ST yet again. Dear God please let Target fix this. I have enjoyed banking w.ST for the last 9ish years & I have only had to deal w.CS 1x before this & they were great. If I can't handle their CS that to me is reason to find a new bank... :( -- Matty! I hope you're not one of the rude snarky CS ppl; If you are I will cry.

"Tick-Off Tuesday"

Sometimes I wish my ex-husband and I didn't hate each other so much.

He switched jobs over 2 months ago without notifying me, he is now behind 2 1/2 months with his child support payments. I depend on his child support, to help support E, I am FINLLY moving into my own place within the next week (I should get the keys Friday, if all goes as planned) when I found this place & was figuring out my bills I was figuring in CS as well- As of right now I have not received close to $1,000 in CS. Not to mention I have ENT bills & Surgery bills from her surgery last week. 

I finally found out where he was working and sent them his IDO (Income Deduction Order- where the CS is removed from his paycheck & sent to me directly from the STATE, b/c I didn't trust him to pay on his own, so the judge ordered one). The woman I have been dealing with in the payroll dept @ his company is not so nice & I want to go through the phone and SHAKE HER! She talks to me like I am a moron and all I want to know is what the problem is, I called two different entities yesterday and they said everything is fine, but what's her deal?

I never had a single problem receiving CS from his previous employer for over 1.5yrs, by the time this all gets sorted out, if it ever does, he is going to be more then 4 months behind. I am filling out forms today to try and receive at least what he is behind on but I think even that will take sometime. 

Its days/weeks like this when I warn any of my readers, both the anon. and the ones I know of... BE FOR SURE, BEFORE YOU BRING A CHILD INTO THE PICTURE! ONCE YOU GET DIVORCED & A CHILD IS INVOLVED THINGS ARE SO COMPLICATED & IT SUCKS.  

I was not sure, I actually wanted an annulment and the day I called my attny to start the annulment process, happens to be the day I found out I was pregnant & couldn't annul it, I needed an actual divorce with a family attny.

-Wow this was a lot longer and way more info then I intended it being. Basically I am TICKED OFF @ MY EX-HUSBAND FOR BEING BEHIND ON CS, HIS JOB FOR PUTTING ME THROUGH THIS NONSENSE & THE STATE OF FL (im not sure why but I am sure there is something they are doing that is causing his job to be complete morons). 

This is probably why I have been so angst-y lately.

Dear Un-named Health Insurance Co,

I have never had a problem with you in over 2 yrs. You cover all my Drs. I pay for my Rx out-of-pocket (almost $500/mon) then you mail me a check, about 2-3 wks later, to reimburse me! How Great. In 2009 you paid me back, for all 12 mons. It's 2010 and I have hit my MAX? Actually I hit it in July? Only 7 months? I HAVE to take this Rx MONTHLY. WTH happened? I am stressing, I JUST STARTED my job, I move into my house in about 2ish weeks, and still have things to purchase. Time to find a cheaper alternative. It May be time to find a new insurance co. too. Just sayin' is all.  IDK how you can go from 12 mons of Rx coverage to only 7. Thats BS. what if I was 88y/o? or (Godforbid) had cancer? HUH? Thats all.

Here is a list of things that are *currently* ticking me off:

-Driving over an hour to a Ford dealership TWICE to NOT buy a vehicle but to tell the salesman "Sir we WILL be back tomorrow to buy this vehicle and take it off your hands"

-After driving to said dealership our babygirl is not in bed till 9 o'clock, An hour after bedtime. So at about 8:10 she is a wad-o-fun. a mess. NO THANKS!

-Being in a heavy sweatshirt, sweatpants & fuzzy socks in JUNE & still being cold. Did I mention its JUNE & only 57* out. Only a few short days ago (Saturday) It was in the 90s, WTH mother nature? I HATE BEING COLD.

-That Fathers Day is in like 12 days & IDK what to get M from E, I obvi want it to be handmade, 'by her'. At. A. Complete. Loss.

-How my pretty has decided that she doesn't want to listen to me [or her daddy for that matter] anymore & we have had to take her bedtime story away 2-nights in a row. Breaks my heart. But I can't give in.  

-That the internet is as slow as dial-up today. WTH is up with that?

-That I got ZERO packing done yesterday b/c right as I was going to start packing I decided that I was going to deep clean the bathroom. It needed it. 

-I have all this desire to pack so I can move but at the same time I have no desire to pack, its such a tedious process. 

-I have wanted pizza from Olivia's for the last 2.5 weeks, but I have been vetoed. Since I will be alone this weekend. Its going down. Bitches. 

-My child has, overnight, become terrified of bugs & loud sounds. IDK how this happened but having a 2y/o glued to me when she sees a bug (ie: ant, etc) or hears a noise that is too loud she clings & whimpers. It was cute at first not so much anymore.

I got this "idea" from Hailey over at yup you guessed it Be Serious... A friend of her started it. Its a good way to get those things that piss you off frustrate you, off your chest!

• The peds office: I was there LAST week & I called the week before... BOTH times I mentioned her diaper rash & how BAD it was... While I was in the office, You said to keep "an eye on it" and call back in A WEEK & come in if it was still there. A WEEK has passed... its worse. 3  4 types of DR creams later and its WORSE, my baby is crying when she has to go potty! I call you and you tell me it could be a yeast infection on the skin and to try a different type of cream w.my DR cream before you will see her! WTF! I am pissed the hell off. Her peds office in FL would have NEVER in a million fucking years told me that, they would have told me to come right in. YOU BETTER HOPE TO GOD THIS OTHER CREAM WORKS IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS...  I am NOT the mom to piss off.

• Rudeness really ticks me off. My fiancee & I had an over 3 hour drive home traffic rules! from the beach house yesterday & we discussed how we hate rude people & certain things that really get under our skin.-- If you're going to do/plan something that's awesome, Please don't talk about/plan it right in front of me LIKE IM NOT IN THE ROOM, if you're not going to include me. That is so rude.  Then look at me and say "what are you doing then?" Srsly.

• If I do something above and beyond, some kind of acknowledgement is nice. Like a simple "Thanks" or "Thank You". I don't need to fawned over, I don't do things for the recognition I get or don't get, but I hate feeling like I do things in vein.
